📋 Terms of Service

These Terms explain what you can expect when you book a car wash with Adam Auto Care. I’ve kept things simple, clear and fair.
📅 1. Booking and Availability
- Book using the calendar – I only show real availability to the best of my knowledge.
- I currently serve NE30 2 and NE30 4 postcodes.
- You’ll get a confirmation email with the time, date and address. Check your Junk folder if you don't receive this immediately.
- North Tyneside Council rules on young people working limit my weekly hours – I may block slots if I hit the cap.
💳 2. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are shown on the site, currently £8 per wash.
- Pay after the wash – by secure Stripe link or cash.
- If you ever feel the service didn’t meet your expectations, please tell me – I’ll try to fix it.
🔁 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- No cancellation fees – if you need to cancel or move your booking, just email me at bookings@adamautocare.co.uk as soon as you can.
🌧️ 4. Weather, Safety and Boundaries
- I may reschedule in unsafe conditions – I’ll email you if so.
- I won’t carry out a wash if there's a risk to your car, me or my equipment.
- For safety, I don’t enter anyone’s home – all cleaning is done outside.
- I often need some water so may ask to use an outdoor tap or ask for buckets to be filled.
- I also reserve the right to cancel or refuse a booking if I believe the situation is unsafe, the car is too heavily soiled or damaged or if I feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I’ll always try to explain why and handle things kindly.
🧽 5. What I Do (and Don’t) Clean
- External hand washes only – no machines or harsh chemicals.
- I bring my own cleaning products and tools. I might need to use your outdoor tap or ask you to fill a couple of buckets with water before I start.
- No interior or valeting services (yet!)
- I’ll do my best with cars that are extra-muddy, covered in sap or bird poo etc. but can't guarantee full removal in one wash if it's in a really bad state.
🛡️ 6. Liability and Care
I use safe tools, clean water and proper products to minimise risks. However, I can't be responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear.
- Loose or fragile parts.
- Damage caused by weather or location I can’t control.
🔐 7. Your Data
- I only collect data to manage bookings and confirmations.
- I don’t share or sell your info. Ever.

📣 8. Questions or Complaints
- Email adam@adamautocare.co.uk – I’ll try to fix things quickly.
- If needed, my parent will step in to help sort it out.
👦 9. Who’s Behind Adam Auto Care
This is a learning project run by a 13-year-old with help from my parents. All jobs are handled responsibly with proper supervision.
